Katahdin In November Rate Topic: -----

Just got back from Katahdin today, 11/14. Can't believe how little snow there is. A little ice at Thoreau Spring and on the west wall of the Knife Edge and literally a few very small patches of snow. Only the Hunt and Abol trails are open. My thermometer read 42 on the summit with maybe 10mph gusts. The best part, very few people.

I never did Katahdin. I can see why they call it the knife edge.

Another peak on my bucket list.
