I just found a gift card from last year. It's $50, and I can't figure out what to get.

Thoughts? I'd dig some new shoes maybe? Gear?

(i'd add a few bucks if necessary)

What would you get?

When my MRS snowshoes are too much these would come in handy.

I saw a guy using those yesterday and know someone else who has them too. People seem to like them... I use stabilicers myself. Well, if you haven't used the card already, saving it for one of the sales is smart. I'd probably pick up a set of techwick pants, simply because I don't have them yet. But a stroll through the corner where all the accessories are would probably cough up ideas. That or the book rack. I read the book not without peril is a good one.

Actually, I checked out the balance in my mad money checking account yesterday and the balance was $202. Hmmmmmmm

So many choices. Do I hold and wait for a bigger item or do I go for it now? I can't find my water filter, haven't seen it since last summer. What else?

Nice, I'll check that out. I have a bunch of books/maps on the Whites, but not that one.

Cheers!
