Yeah, it was great.
Where should we go next? I need another 4k or two this year! Any suggestions?

Pick one and go for it
I did a bunch this year, more than I've done since the '70s
Being old and fat
I tend stay away from the more difficult trails
Osceola was probablly the easiest 4000' I did this year.
Very good views to the west and south too.
Edmands Path to Mt. Eisenhower was good for me also.
Eisenhower is a peak on the south arm of Washington and is above tree line.
The weather is a huge consideration this time of year. The final section of Edmands path and its juction with the Crawford Path, which runs along the ridge, are very exposed
Pick your day(and trail) wisely.
Winter hiking is a whole different game.
