Share... Share... Share... New social-bookmarking widget added Rate Topic: -----

I noticed that we didn't have any way of "sharing" any of the awesome posts you guys have been making, so I added a "Share" tool to header of this site.

If you find a post you want to promote, just hover over the "share" button, select a social bookmark you use and click. That easy. The widget will submit your current page to the sites you select.

Tools like this can really drive traffic to our site and increase user participation. I've been going through and submitting some of the more detailed and informative posts to the social networks.

Nice. Umm just a thought on that... People might mis-interpret Hiking NE as 'Hiking Nebraska'.

Yeah, i thought of that but i was one freekin letter to long with "HikingNewEngland" and HikeNewEngland is another site...

Oh well, maybe well draw some of that crowd in and "convert them"

not sure if you're new to twitter or not. I'm assuming the general point is going to be to generate traffic to this website.
