I've been watching this for a couple days, and they can't nail down where they think it will hit. Some models say Cap Cod, some put it a hundred miles to the east.

Either way, it's fun to watch. I'm hoping for a good lashing!

Was the last one to hit Hurricane Bob? That tore the roof off my folks place in Dennis, MA. Pretty cool to see as a little kid. Only adding to the irony is that my father's name is Bob and they just bought it a few months earlier

Hey check this out.

http://www.stormpulse.com/

Clearly the coolest storm tracking site I've found. I'm a bit of a weather nut, so I get excited when this sort of thing comes around.

Looks like it's falling apart a bit. But, when it hits the system coming up the coast they think it will fire back up. They just can't decide if it will sustain the hurricane status.

Good stuff! Let's get pics and post them.

Wow, what a difference a few days makes. Danny blew right on by and took the humidity along with it!

I made a run at Mt. Tom last weekend, over 3000' the humudity seemed as though we were walking in the Amazon rain forest, it was unbearable! Turned back and settled on Mt. Avalon. Now that it's dried out and cooled off, a retry at Mt. Tom is in order.
