Despite the rainy weather, the organizers of the Cadillac Challenge Century were gracious enough to still hold this annual cycling event. For those of you not in the know, a century is a 100 mile cycling event, and the Cadillac Challenge Century travels all around Mount Desert Island finishing with a climb to the summit of Cadillac Mountain before returning back to the park entrance. Thirty-seven riders gathered from all over to take on the hardest century in Maine despite the inclement weather. Everyone had a great time with lots of camaraderie, and I can't wait to do it again next year B) .
